Original artworks:
Originals may be returned only if they are returned in exact selling condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Prints:
Prints may be returned only if they are returned in exact selling condition, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Commissions:
Commissioned artwork is non-refundable once work has begun.
Returns will be processed once the products are received by Imogengraceartistry and deemed to be in a saleable, as new, condition. Due to the bispoke nature of commissions Imogengraceartistry is unable to refund these purchases.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
