This website is operated by Imogengraceartistry. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Imogengraceartistry.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

 

 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

 

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All content on this site, including images of artwork, remains the intellectual property of Imogengraceartistry and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

 

 

We sell:

  • Original artworks

  • Art prints

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Framed artwork

Due to the handmade nature of artwork, slight variations in colour, texture, or detail may occur and are not considered defects.

 

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

 

For commissioned artwork:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins

  • The remaining 50% is due once the commission is completed and before delivery or collection

Failure to pay the final balance may result in cancellation of the commission with no refund of the deposit.

 

 

By purchasing a commission, you agree to the following:

 

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Reasonable revisions may be offered at the artist’s discretion

  • Once a commission has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refunds

  • Completed commissions cannot be returned or refunded

Copyright of commissioned artwork remains with Imogengraceartistry, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website.

 

Please note framing and mounting options are available- I currently use standard IKEA frames, hence why the price for framing on my website is fairly cheap- if you require wooden or just different framing options I can provide contacts for you. Other than that, the framing costs how much the frames were.

 

All timeframes provided for original artworks and commissions are estimates only.

As an independent artist, completion times may vary depending on:

 

  • The size and complexity of the artwork

  • The nature of the commission

  • Current workload and creative process

 

While every effort is made to meet agreed timeframes, deadlines are not guaranteed and are not legally binding. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, provided reasonable progress is being made and communication is maintained.


Customers will be kept informed of any significant changes to estimated completion times.

 

All artwork, images, designs, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Imogengraceartistry and are protected by UK copyright law.


The purchase of an original artwork, print, or commissioned piece does not transfer copyright. Copyright remains with the artist unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

 

Customers may not:

  • Reproduce the artwork

  • Copy or scan the artwork

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes

  • Create prints or merchandise from the artwork

  • Alter the artwork for redistribution

 

without prior written permission from Imogengraceartistry.


The artist reserves the right to:

 

  • Display commissioned work on this website, portfolio, or social media

  • Use images of the artwork for promotional and portfolio purposes

 

unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the commission.
